Digital Product Refunds

Since our products are digital and delivered immediately, we cannot offer refunds for digital downloads after they have been delivered. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Custom Design Services

For custom design services, refunds are available within 14 days of project completion if the work doesn't meet agreed specifications. Revision requests must be submitted before requesting a refund.

Project Cancellations

If you cancel a project after work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed. No refunds are available after final delivery approval.

General Terms

  • All refund requests must be made in writing to help@MyPixelGraphic.online (preferred) or through our contact form.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
  • If we make an error in processing your order, we will refund all payments received.
  • Processing fees from payment processors (typically 2-5%) are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once work has begun:

  • Rush delivery fees
  • Third-party costs (stock photos, fonts, etc.)
  • Consultation time (if booked separately)
  • Services explicitly marked as non-refundable
